The online registration has now started

The Mexican consulates have been informed to expect visa applications by
participants more information about visa application process is available on
the host country website. Of interest might be the fact that if a
participant is in possession of a valid USA, UK, Canadian, Japanese or
Schengen visa you do not need to apply for a Mexican visa.
