[IGFmaglist] Charter for proposed working group on improving review process

Dear MAG members,

Attached please find the Charter for the proposed working group on
improving the review process for the IGF. This is based on your previous
feedback on the first draft that was emailed on July 24. I hope this draft
meets your kind approval.

I note that I will unfortunately not be available during the next scheduled
virtual MAG meeting as I will be on a flight to Philadelphia for a
conference. I hereby defer to Lynn and the Secretariat to schedule another
virtual meeting before November 8 or upon my return a week later as they
see fit.
