Dear MAG members,


MAG has recently approved the proposal for setting up of WG on
Communication & Outreach for IGF 2016 during the last virtual meeting, and
have asked the Secretariat to create mailing list for the group.



Kindly let me know if you are interested by joining the following mailing

Thanks to the MAG members who have already expressed their interests to
join the group. Please note, your membership of this WG will be
confirmed by subscribing to the mailing list.


Now that the WG is approved, there is need for the group to discuss and
conclude on the following before the next MAG physical meeting;

   1.  Terms of reference for the WG.
   2.   Inclusion of non-MAG members to the group
   3. Call for virtual meeting of the group with before end of the next
   week to discuss work plan, identify and prioritize work areas.

Please attached for your reminder the updated version of the approved
proposal.

On a final note, MAG members interested in this WG are still free to join
the WG.
