[IGFmaglist] IGF Resource Persons list

I received an inquiry from a group of Internet activists regarding the
resource persons list. Basically, they have missed the deadline for
workshop applications, and are wondering if there is a way for their
members to be included on panels. I take it the resource persons list is
closed to MAG members? Is there any other list that we maintain (or can
maintain) that would serve to put together a pool of speakers for workshop
proposers? This maybe quite helpful both for individual speakers who want
to find an opportunity that suits their expertise and for proposers who are
looking for experts on a particular topic.
