[IGFmaglist] Improving the WS evaluations - re: Lynn's suggestion

I had also suggested earlier selection, but realize that it is not very realistic to do this that early, but agree that the post meeting be inclusive. 
I also understand that it is impossible to hold a MAG meeting during the IGF. 
Could we plan a Day+ and ask that MAG members stay over on the Sat, and we do a working meeting then? It would be Saturday, so some may not prefer this, and I respect that. 
Lets not do it if it does not have broad support, as if most are traveling away/home, then we can't have remote participation. 
We could return to a dinner /the last night, and that would be a standing opportunity to thank the host, the Secretariart and do a little debriefing of hot topics /items that we identify. BUT we would need to commit to pending that 3 hours together.

I made comments to the workshops, not just thinking of the organisers, but also for fellow MAG members. Last year, I think we got a copy of all comments made on the WSs, which allowed me/us to see what others said, so we could use this information when
 making final selections. This year I did not see this spreadsheet, but I think it would have helped speed the consensus process to read the reasoning behind our marks, when a MAG member felt there was something worth commenting.



Could we please consider offering this information as a tool for selection?
