[IGFmaglist] FW: top 95 wkshps

Dear Chair, Secretariat  and fellow MAG members
I believe as I have gone through the top 95 just distributed,  that there is still an insufficient workshop focus on the integration of the theme of the IGF: Inclusive and Sustainable Growth into the workshops. I had noted that earlier and also I had proposed a possible merger between workshop ID 271 with one of the workshops that Juan mentioned.  I took another look, and I think that they could easily merge. There is already good geo diversity in 271, but merging with workshop 52/proposed by Cuba would be both a great experiment of bringing in a unique experience of Cuba into the other workshop proposal and then the proposers could jointly update the new "merged" workshop. And as Cuba proposers are new proposers, they would have immediate 'friends and allies' to work with! 
I would propose that perhaps Juan might agree to help the 271 organizers in engaging with the organizers/proposers of workshop 52.
