[IGFmaglist] Workshop evaluations - Twitter is not remote participation

Thanks, Lynn. I think you have done a great job so far with online
participation, and would suggest you continue that, and consider:

   - Having a remote moderator in the face-to-face meeting, who has their
   own card to raise when they want to speak.
   - Having a name card for each MAG member who is attending remotely, so
   the remote moderator can raise e.g. Ginger's card to put her in the queue,
   when she 'raises her hand' in WebEx.
   - Giving online participants equal standing in the queue, instead of
   letting them go till the end, when often the comments are no longer
   pertinent, including when exceptions are made to allow 'replies', these
   should also be made for online participants.
   - Treat online participants as though we were in the room, not as an
   exception or addition. We are an integral part of the meetings.
