[IGFmaglist] FINAL REMINDER: MAIN SESSION WRITTEN PROPOSALS ARE DUE TODAY

Dear MAG Colleagues,
This is the final reminder to those who are co-facilitating Main Sessions at IGF 2016.
The last date for submitting written proposals for Main Sessions to the IGF secretariat is Tuesday, July 5th ( Today is the final day).
The final shortlist of approved Main Sessions along with duration for each, is expected to be decided at the second face-to-face meeting to be held in New York, from 12-14 July 2016. The Secretariat has been requested to allocate more than the usual time for discussion on Main Sessions, since the criteria based selection will take substantial time.
For those interested in submitting Main Session proposals, please note:

(i)      Deadline for submitting Main Session proposals    :              5th  July 2016

(ii)    Size of the proposal                                                      :              Not exceeding 2 pages

(iii)   Proposals to be sent to                                                :              Chengetai Masango (IGF Secretariat)

(iv)   Criteria for Selection                                                    :              As described in the "IGF 2016 Main Session Guidelines" (attached), and approved by the MAG for IGF 2016.
