[IGFmaglist] REQUEST TO DISCUSS “SETTING THE SCENE” AS PART OF THE MAIN SESSION PLANNING CALL

I like this emphasis on newcomers.

If a newcomers' booth is too challenging for now, how about a Secretariat
sign that says 'Newcomer friendly booth' or something like that, indicating
that the booth welcomes questions, and will have staff prepared to help
orient people?

I'm sure the Diplo booth would be happy to do that as well, and we do hope
to have acronym glossaries, which should be helpful as well.

How do we go about making decisions and requesting materials like signs,
newcomer IDs, mentor IDs, or even 'newcomer-friendly: ask me!' buttons?
