[IGFmaglist] DRAFT 2 -- PROPOSAL FOR WORKING GROUP ON IMPROVING THE IGF CALL FOR PROPOSALS AND SELECTION PROCESS

Hi Rasha,

thank you for this draft.  We will have a discussion on this on our upcoming MAG call, but I did want to call out that the timetable will likely have to move up in order to be integrated  into the 2017 IGF schedule and call.  We are hoping to get an earlier start on the MAG appointment process and on the WS calls, etc. 

In order to kickstart this discussion, I think it would be great if we could have a near final draft ready by late October in order to give enough notice to would be submitters, and to allow the experience and accumulated wisdom from this MAG to help move us forward.  Otherwise, we risk being caught between two MAGs, hampering our ability to make timely recommendations.
