[IGFmaglist] IGF inter-sessional activities - MAG meeting, 20-22 May, Geneva

Dear all,


For those participating in the IGF Open Consultations and MAG meeting next week (20-22 May, Geneva), please note there will be a portion of the agenda dedicated to the inter-sessional activities. I understand the updated agenda will be circulated soon.


The goal will be to share an update on progress made and discuss next steps with the MAG.


ASK:

  *   Re the 6 Best Practices Forums, It would be useful that either the coordinators<http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/best-practice-forums>, either the associated experts from the Secretariat (CCed here) stand ready to participate.
  *   Re the "Policy Menus for Connecting the Next Billion", the MAG will be invited to discuss the latest version of the framework document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/14yfJTiCpGfUTybEMW7i6OxMn_YDTdbm5qiLpTK-tczg/edit?pli=1> and to prepare a call for public input on this theme. Please share any additional comments on this list or orally during the meeting next week. Reminder: Ambassador Fonseca is leading the ad hoc Working Group ( Virat Bhatia, Lynn St. Amour, Baher Esmat, Avri Doria and Constance Bommelaer).
