Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the coordinators of the IGF main session "WSIS+10", I'm
writing to share the draft concept note for this session for your review,
and to invite you to join the designated mailing list.

With apologies for the short notice, *we would welcome your feedback on
this draft **by COB this Friday**. *You are welcome to provide comments
either on this thread or in the document itself (in which case, please use
the commenting/suggesting functions). We plan to consolidate comments over
the weekend and submit the document to the Secretariat.

Further to this, we would like to extend a warm invite to anyone interested
in contributing to this session to join the designated mailing list which
