I do agree that this is a very tricky situation , yes there are workshops
that have a very good concept, you almost want to mark them in your
calendar ...but  now we are faced with a situation whereby we have to come
up with a mechanism to ensure that these  organisers will be able to
deliver incase their workshops sail through and make sure that it does not
end up to be a

*"mixed bag of speakers who may all becoming from one side of the issue
under discussion (or worse, come to promote a particular organization)*." as
well said by Michael

in my view , the question is what do we or can we do to make sure that most
if not every participant who chose to attend a particular workshop because
of what was in the concept paper actually got that and more?
