I thought prior to Paris meeting, statistics and aggregation in sub themes with well defined "Go - No Go - Need Workout" according to resulted collective evaluation would be concluded by the secretariat office (something similar to NetMundial final preparation exercise), so that we may have a very efficient and productive 3 days, focusing further on rest of the preparation for IGF 2014!

For each proposal,  if we spend an average of 5 minutes, we would be spending over 1,000 minutes for the overall grading.  If this is done in plenary, we may spend the whole 3 days in the evaluation only.

I don’t imagine I am the only MAG member without funding to come to Paris….Actually, it might be worth knowing, when making decisions on how to organize the work, how many of us will in fact be remote?
