[IGFmaglist] Overarching theme and workshop evaluation text

Thanks Chengetai,

My apologies for a late response.   To me this theme is fine - a nice formulation which does capture a lot of what was suggested.  Well done!

Regarding the documents, I attach some edits to the workshop guidelines.  Some are for clarity, some are more substantial suggestions:

- requirement to provide participant (speaker) details.
- ability to select more than 1 theme
- subject tags come from a predefined (large) set
- principle of limiting the participation of any single individual (suggest limit of 5 sessions).


Happy to discuss/explain if any of these are questioned.
