Thanks for this excellent step forward in resource availability, Chengetai. 

I am considering my notes and think we also have to address how to address net neutrality as from NETmundial recommendations, the IGF was identified as the place to discuss further. A session which considers all the "faces" of NN around the world, recognizing issues are different depending on many variables, and even national regulations, might be the initial topic. While those who are passionate about this topic think they understand all facets and perspectives, many do not. 

An informative session w range of views from around the various region might be a starting point
To step up to the request from NETmundial.
