Dear Virat,
Thank you for re-sending the document. To me it all seems very clear. I
have only one request:
Looking at question no. 3:
Are some countries where internet penetration is higher and cost of access
is cheaper, approaching the challenge differently in terms of regulatory
intervention, legislation, investment environment, technology options and
multistakeholder participation in decision making? Best practices from
similarly placed developing economies?
I was wondering if it would be possible to include/add to this the
challenge of making internet affordable/accessible in countries with small
populations spread over great distances. How have countries that fit that
profile solved this problem?
I understand that you would like to bring the questions down to 5, but I
believe this issue is quite important for people living in developing
countries.
I look forward to assisting with this session in some form as you see
possible as I emailed you before.
