Subject: 2nd update on main session titled "Policies Enabling Access, Growth and Development on the Internet", scheduled on Day 2, September 3, 2014, at IGF 2014

Dear Members on the dedicated list and MAG members,
Following my introduction of the discussion on the main session on Access and Internet for Growth and Development, on to the dedicated mailing list, here is the second update.

1. We have received confirmation from Dr. Hoda Baraka, Advisor to the Minister of ICT, Qatar, thanks to the reference and efforts of Christine Arida.

2. The tally below gives the status of speaker invites, confirmations, gender balance and representation from developing countries. Right now it looks pretty balanced. Most of the other speakers (no more than 4-5) who are yet to confirm, are from developing countries.
Sl. No.
