I strongly support Vlada's proposal to include CSTD implementation at the meeting. We all need to be clear on progress made with the Bali IGF and the additional parameters these changes necessitate for the preparatory process for Istanbul. The message from this meeting to the UN in particular needs to be a strong one of 100% commitment to delivery of the CSTD WG recommendations.

Chengetai,

thank you for sharing the agenda.

I suggest adding two points to the agenda:
- Day 1: Assessment on the developments with regards to the CSTD Report on IGF Improvements (we should have substantive discussion, i.e. at least 1h for this topic; we are in a way obliged to have it on the agenda)
- Day 2 (morning session "4. IGF 2014"): add the "E-participation" bullet (as it is the right moment to start seriously discussing it)
