Chengetai,

thank you for sharing the agenda.

I suggest adding two points to the agenda:
- Day 1: Assessment on the developments with regards to the CSTD Report on
IGF Improvements (we should have substantive discussion, i.e. at least 1h
for this topic; we are in a way obliged to have it on the agenda)
- Day 2 (morning session "4. IGF 2014"): add the "E-participation" bullet
(as it is the right moment to start seriously discussing it)
