I sent an email out to the various stakeholder groups within the MAG.  If you did not receive the email please let me know so we can update our lists.

Dear All, 

With the announcement of the renewed MAG, the next step is to select an interim chair, to chair the open consultations and MAG meetings for the preparation of the  programme and schedule of the 2014 annual IGF meeting. 

As was done last year, DESA kindly requests that each stakeholder group nominate three names of suitable candidates for the position. These candidates do not have to be current MAG members but should be familiar with the IGF process and be able to work with all stakeholder groups. These names will be collated and transmitted to DESA in New York where a selection will take place. 

This step is only a stopgap measure, and the interim chair will serve while the process of selecting and appointing a Special Advisor is concluded. 

I would be grateful if the names of the three candidates selected by the MAG representatives from the <stakeholder group> could be forwarded to me before 24 January 2014. (Apologies for the tight schedule).
