Let's also discuss whether we include 'scope', and geographical 'coverage', although that last term may not be quite clear.
I am thinking that some examples may be regional or 'selective'; I will use the RIRs as an example -- limited in scope, and regionally focused. UNESCO and ITU are global but have scope/focus, as established by the authorizing entity, and in the case of ITU, by its CS/CV.

Talking about evolution of the IG ecosystem, I believe 3 main elements need to be addressed: Principles; Processes (fora); and Actors. And of course underneath each one we ought to be as open and inclusive as possible.

Dear All,
Further to the Doodle poll delighted to see that 16 MAG members have indicated their willingness to facilitate the IGF and way forward main focus session.
This is in continuation with my previous mail, following the virtual call.
And to seek inputs and suggesions in the planning of the Main Focus session, IGF& The Future of the Internet ecosystem. Would be delighted to receive inputs so that they can be collated for the May meeting and ahead of the next scheduled call.

UN Strand (WSIS, CSTD, IGF)
ITU Strand (WTDC and PP-14)Netmundial - Brazil 2014 - Evolution of the Internet and the future roadmap
And all of these would lead to best practices related to the core the values of the internet including but not limited to openness, inclusivity, integrity, freedom of speech and expression, universality, interlopability, permissionless innovation and multistakeholderism. And respond to challenges, conflicts, discourses and way forward for an evolving internet ecosystem including IG principles and the internet of the future.
