[IGFmaglist] [BBC] Turkey moves to block YouTube access after 'audio leak'

Just to remind everyone that there *is no "mandate" for the MAG.* There is
only a press release. Please see Item 3(c) of the reform

I've been circulating and iterating for the past year.
This discussion raises several issues for reform in that document,
including Item 3(c) (MAG responsibilities); 3(d) (transparent site
selection); 3(e) (Signature of HCA). The complications in making progress
on these issues also highlights the need for a true Advisory Board, as
noted in Section 4 of my reform prroposal.
