Thanks for your effort

The letter came in late, and also did not come in English making it difficult for the protocol office to act on.
Hotel reservation had to be cancelled, but still was charged for it.

Hope those who are able to make it have a fruitful deliberation and the nation hosting next year is able to handle the logistics better.

Hopefully, you are all there. Please bring the copy of this letter with you
to the airport.

distribute to colleges/friends who need this letter for attending IGF 2013
