I'd like to propose to be panelist from Indonesia: Mr. Garin Ganis (a principle consultant for a net-consulting & net-couching firm) in workshop # 49 and # 112 as follows:

His short biography is as follow:
Garin Ganis is a principle consultant for a net-consulting & net-couching firm in jakarta,Indonesia that focuses on assisting corporate customers delivering optimized network infrastructure. Starting his career as supporting engineer during the hayday of legacy traffic (IBM/Unisys) in Indonesia, becoming part of ISP/INTERNET early adopters in Indonesia during mid 90s and delivering end-to-end network performance analysis (APM/ANPM) for corporate customers during 2000s. Specific on IXP, he has actively involved in local APJII activities (Indonesian ISP association) since its first IXP establishment (1997),pushing importance of raising the skill-set, and assisting several countrieswithin APAC region as IXP consultant (designing, coaching etc).     
He perceived IXP as important internet fabric for developing coutries where TCP/IP packets get lost & finger pointing started. Nowadays he actively trained engineers to do network analysis to properly maintain the infrastructure that would include IXPs.

We set Friday 11 October cob as the final deadline for submitting the list with the names of panellists as well as moderators and remote moderators. Unfortunately, the was little response to this call.

This is a gentle reminder to make an extra effort and send in the names prior to tomorrow's call at 1200 UT!.
 
Please also make sure that you help facilitate the Secretariat's task by listing the names using the traditional template:
 
-            Name (first name and family name)
-            Professional affiliation (professional title plus name of organisation/government of primary affiliation)
-            City of residence
 
Going through the information available so far, I also thought it would be worthwhile recalling that we want sessions that are interactive as possible. The programme paper that has been with us since the beginning of the planning process states in this regards: The objective of each annual IGF programme is to maximize the opportunity for open and inclusive dialogue and the exchange of ideas". To achieve this objective we collectively agreed to limit the number of panellists to the extent possible. In the past, the IGF was often criticises for having panels of 12 or more people - please  let's make sure we avoid this kind of mega panels that don't allow for sufficient interaction with participants. Let’s also stick to the IGF practice of actively discouraging presentations in focus sessions. If speakers insist, simply tell them that there are no provisions made for presentations.
 
Another overarching objective, also stated in the programme paper, was to aim "to produce some more tangible outcomes, recommendations, or ‘take-aways’ for participants and those following remotely".  With this in mind, one of the main requests from the CSTD Working Group on IGF improvements called for the sessions to be structured around a number of policy questions. We asked for and received some community input to help us frame the sessions. The Secretariat collected the input received and will make it available to this list. We can discuss tomorrow how best to make use of these questions. 
 
Lastly, we agreed to make use of roundtable discussions that will bring together relevant workshop organizers and participants to help gather inputs from the workshops that would be helpful for the respective main/focus sessions. The workshops should be able to bring their main messages into the substantive discussions of the focus sessions themselves, with aims to produce tangible outputs and messages to the broader communities. The focus session moderators need to be prepared to allow for roundtable input.
