My apologies to the down under contingent. We will do our best not to repeat the same mistake. 

Had you protested earlier ,we could have looked for an alternative time slot, but I feel that at this late hour it is better to leave it as it is.

For future reference: would a slot two hours earlier be acceptable to all  (i.e. 11 CET)?
