I have registered almost all the groups except the national-regional one but
have not received any message from any group. Can I also join the
development session because I am also interested in the issue?

Hi Raul,

I have subscribed to all the lists and only recieve info from the regional
one.
As for the development session we are working using our own emails.

i have been checking the lists' archives and I am very surprised to see that
only in 3 of 9 thematic lists there have been some emails exchanges and most
of them just kick-off type emails. National-regional initiatives seems to be
the only exception.

Am I checking the rights archives? there have been emails in all the lists?
