Dear Chengetai i have been checking the lists' archives and I am very surprised to see that only in 3 of 9 thematic lists there have been some emails exchanges and most of them just kick-off type emails. National-regional initiatives seems to be the only exception. Am I checking the rights archives? there have been emails in all the lists? Thanks, Raúl
