[IGFmaglist] Flash sessions

Dear Secretariat,

Just to follow up on Anriette's question on Flash session - attached I am
re-sending the brief description of the methodology or key aspects of a
flash session. I prepared it and circulated it on list right after May
meeting in Geneva, might be worth putting it online and made available for
the flash session organizers.
