Greetings, Raymond and thanks for your contribution.

Your question relates to section three - existing policy measures. Given
your position you could provide very useful insight into which policy
measures in Egypt currently exist that enable and/or foster the development
of local content.

Would you be willing to share some insights on these existing policy
measures in Egypt?

Also, what the group needs to talk about now is what works well as a result
of existing policy measures, and what does not work well. We also need to
collect stories about the unintended consequences - good and bad - of these
policies.

We're at the crux of the exercise, in my humble opinion, where these
contributions are most important. :)
