Bingo!
Being "a national cert" is just one of the parameters that decide whether a CERT will be successful or not.
And key is to become successful, and good at whatever you are doing. This should not be rocket science for any business actually.
But for too many, the goal of "becoming a CERT" is to get the "national CERT" status. That a wrong view, and should not be a goal.
It might be one of the means to reach the goal of becoming successful. Or as Andrew says, a baggage that instead makes it harder for you to become successful.
