Hi BPF participants,

Just a brief reminder that we will be organizing the first WebEx discussion
on the topic of Establishing and supporting Computer Emergency Response
Teams (CERTs) for Internet security. The call will take place at 8am GMT
this Thursday, July 24th. You are all invited to participate.

During this call we will review some of the discussion which has happened
on the mailing list so far, and we will engage in a debate on areas we need
to cover to prepare for the IGF in September. We'll use the Reporting
Template as a rough guide:

1. Definition of the issue
2. Regional specificities observed (e.g. Internet industry development)
3. Existing policy measures and private sector initiatives, impediments
4. What worked well, identifying common effective practices
5. Unintended consequences of policy interventions, good and bad
6. Unresolved issues where further multistakeholder cooperation is needed
7. Insights gained as a result of the experience
8. Proposed steps for further multistakeholder dialogue

The initial call will take about one hour.
